The overall aim of Sustaining Tenancies is to support vulnerable tenants to retain their tenancy and address needs and concerns that are putting their tenancy at risk.

The sustaining tenancies service is centred around the individual or whanau. Tuatahi will assess individual or whanau needs and support the individual or whanau to develop a whanau-led goal plan.
